Delete your Cambium account
Deleting an account permanently removes the account and its cloud-synced Garden, scan, diagnosis, care, and stored-photo data.
Request deletion
Account deletion is currently handled as a request, not a self-serve in-app button. Email us from the address associated with your Cambium account and we'll take care of the rest. We may ask you to verify the account before completing the request.

What gets deleted
- Your Cambium account and sign-in.
- Cloud-synced plants, scans, diagnoses, care profiles, and recovery data in our database.
- Scan photos stored in our private Supabase Storage bucket.
Important details
- Deletion cannot be undone.
- Records stored only on a device are not touched by this request. Remove those by deleting the relevant plants in the app or uninstalling Cambium.
- Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription. Cancel it separately in your store account (Profile → Manage store subscription in the app, or directly in the App Store / Google Play).
- Purchase records retained by Apple or Google are governed by their own policies.
