Delete your Cambium data

Delete your Cambium account

On either platform, open Cambium → Settings → Account → Delete Cambium account. Confirm your identity with a linked sign-in method, review the subscription warning, and confirm deletion. Cambium removes the Firebase authentication account, its RevenueCat customer record, synchronized Garden records and photos, and cached entitlement status. If the in-app control is unavailable, contact support below.

Remove or delete a Garden

When sync is enabled, “Remove from this device” disables sync and clears that account’s local cache without deleting its cloud Garden. “Delete Garden everywhere” deletes the synchronized Garden and its local copy while keeping the account. On either platform, local-only users can delete local Garden data and reset the random identity used for monthly limits where that control is available. Deletion cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

• Your Firebase account, RevenueCat customer record, and synchronized Garden, when you delete your account.
• Saved plants, cover photos, scans, diagnoses, and care profiles.
• Recovery episodes, comparison photos, notes, treatment progress, and reminders.
• The random monthly-usage identity, only if you choose the reset option.

Important details

• Deletion cannot be undone.
• Removing a Garden from one device does not delete its synchronized cloud copy.
• Deleting local or cloud Garden data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it separately through Cambium Settings or the App Store or Google Play account used to buy it.
• Purchase records retained by Apple or Google Play are governed by the applicable store policies.
• Uninstalling Cambium also removes local app data, subject to your device backup settings.
